Frank is a project manager, a Risk Analyst, a Project Management Coach, a technical expert on engineering health and safety. He started his career as a Dr. of Optometry turned Project Manager. He has always had a passion for improving how companies manage work, deliver great products & services, & better serve their customers. He is currently works as a Project Manager at BIM Projects.
He is a front-end web developer, coach, project planner, earned value analyst, team leader, and Monte Carlo/Latin hypercube simulator (for project risk management) expert. A public health expert with a special interest in executing projects in NGOs that over-saw over 10,000 eye surgeries. Over the years, he led several successful enterprise software implementation projects. He holds a masters degree from the American Military University, West Virginia, USA. He holds several professional certifications including Project Management Professional PMP®, Agile Certified Practitioner PMI-ACP®, Project Risk management PMI-RMP®, Scrum Master Certified, NEBOSH, Six Sigma Yellow Belt, and Lean Production from the technical University of Munich, Germany.
Moses Tochukwu

Dr. Tochukwu G Moses is a senior lecturer and academic in Quantity Surveying and Course Leader for HNC Building Studies and HND Construction and Built Environment at the University of Wolverhampton.
He has a research passion that focuses on Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Digital Construction Management – developed a framework and cost protocol to facilitate the uptake of 5D BIM Cost Estimation for the UK construction industry practice.
He is a vast and experienced Project Management Professional with specializations in digital innovations, cutting edge project coordination workflows with BIM collaborate and technological applications evidenced in associated Ph.D. supervisions, Project Planning and Control, Project Cost Management, Construction Engineering and Coordination, Change Management with vast knowledge and focus on client and stakeholder needs.
He has over 13-years of track record delivery (including international experience) in leading and managing low-medium, high risk, complex and multi-faceted projects within Construction, Project Consultancy, and collaborating with industry practitioners for Knowledge Transfer Partnership programmes (KTP). Designed and developed teaching and learning materials and delivering it effectively with a range of teaching and learning techniques engaging the undergraduate and postgraduate students. Developed and mentored a structured mentoring programme for construction industry practitioners at the University of Wolverhampton. Using a range of BIM authoring tools to support students’ learning experience with ability to bring about required fundamental changes in response to changing commercial, legislative, regulatory and academic needs.
He possesses strong enthusiastic and passionate research focus on BIM, Digital Twinning, BIM and Big Data for Construction Cost Management; BIM and Internet of Things (IOT) for construction of Smart Cities/Buildings, BIM and Energy Performance of Built Assets and New Builds, BIM and Data Sensory Technology for energy performance monitoring in existing and future homes (zero carbon emission), BIM-enabled digital transformation protocols and policies, Construction Management, and Digitisation of Construction processes for efficiency improvement and sustainability
